A new Smokehouse BBQ restaurant based in the heart of Petitenget. Featuring coffee wood-smoked mouth-watering beef brisket, our own housemade sausages, succulent fall off the bone BBQ ribs and much much more.

And of course, what is BBQ without cold beer? The Grumpy Butcher has great brews on tap, plus a wide selection of ice-cold bottles ready for your drinking pleasure. Beer not your thing? We also stock a full bar with a range of fine wines and specialty cocktails to go along with your BBQ.

Awesome dining experience
Without a doubt the best BBQ restaurant in Seminyak.
From beginning to end the perfect dining ecperience, friendly and helpful security who park your bike, cool bar and indoor area, stunning outdoor covered dining area (this place might look small at the front but dont be deceived, its way bigger out the back), style is Industrial Chic, open kitchen and an amazing rice field view.

Absolutely superb experience. My husband and I stumbled across this place as we walking past and the chic venue and beautiful setting caught our eye.

Food was delicious- 12 hour smoked brisket comes highly recommended by my husband (although it was an agonising choice for him to decide between that and the pork ribs!)

We had an absolutely amazing dining experience at the Grumpy Butcher!!! The service, food, establishment, location, cocktails and ambience were all excellent. We were a large group with 3 young children and we couldn’t of been more comfortable and well received. We will be returning very, very soon to enjoy some of those amazing bbq meals!

Came for Bintangs, ended up with happy hour cocktails and cigars. Komang, Budi and co seriously gave amazing service. Negronis and Smokey Dates sours were incredible, with finishing touches at the table. Happy hour 2 for 1 cocktails and beers…back here tomorrow I think. Thank you guys
